It took me way too long to eat at Nomad. Especially considering I’ve walked past it weekly since it opened. So to make up for lost time, I went two days in a row for brunch, and had the same incredible service and a delicious meal both times.
Do yourself a favour and go ASAP. The poached eggs on wilted kale were great, and the buttermilk sauce was really well balanced. My personal favourite is the noodle and kimchi with a fried egg – spicy, great flavour, but not too heavily skewed in any direction.
